Staying true to our commitment to people, profits, and the planet, Royal Caribbean’s Win On Waste (WOW) program is an industry first. With an ambitious goal to reduce food waste by 50% across all food service venues and private islands, significant changes to our operation needed to happen. The galley crew members also analyze the data collected each day to take immediate corrective actions and they empower onboard teams by providing training on WOW goals and processes.
